Your impact

The QA Group Leader will
work on cyber intelligence products, with background in telecommunication domain:

• Full ownership on the QA group in Romania that is part of a global QA group, reporting to the company QA director.
• Will build and increase the group responsibilities , recruit , on board and mentor new team members while increase the performance and the quality of the existing ones.
• Ownership on the quality process and procedures in the QA and partnership on the development quality process, define quality gates and measured them
• Implement, execute, and monitor multiple projects in parallel, work closely with the business units and customer to reach and exceed our customer expectation from our products
• Promote automation activities on our generic versions.

Your tool box

• Over 5 years’ experience as a acting as a manager for multiple QA Team Leaders
• Experience in implementing automation from scratch
• Proven experience in building a professional and engagement learning plan and people development
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality processes and KPIs
• BSc, Software Engineering, or other related degree

Also important

• Experience and knowledge with telecom and telecommunication products
• Experience working with Agile Processes (scrum/Kanban/lean)
• Familiar with traffic generators
• Experience in global companies with multiple interfaces
• Willingness to travel abroad
