Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proactive master production schedule planning which aligns with our factory capacity, material availability, customers’ expectation, and financial goals
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering to optimize our slot plan efficiency and reliability; be able to understandconstraints/limitationand constantly provide strategic proposal to Manufacturing Operations executives
• Outstanding presentation skill as this role requires to lead weekly GM meeting & Operations meetingsto supervise the status of production and strategize for success
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure our business is positioned for long term success
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands on knowledge in SAP and Power BI
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualifications:

• 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or with confirmed experience in Supply Chain
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)
• Teammate with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical attitude
• Relentless work hard: Willing go above and beyond to deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context
• Able to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task and drive actions to completion under deadlines
• Able to work under limited supervision; previous mentor experience is preferred
