Responsible for proactive master production schedule planning which aligns with our factory capacity, material availability, customers’ expectation, and financial goals
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering to optimize our slot plan efficiency and reliability; be able to understandconstraints/limitationand constantly provide strategic proposal to Manufacturing Operations executives
Outstanding presentation skill as this role requires to lead weekly GM meeting & Operations meetingsto supervise the status of production and strategize for success
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure our business is positioned for long term success
All other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on knowledge in SAP and Power BI
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications:
8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or with confirmed experience in Supply Chain
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context
