You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by ensuring timely and accurate production schedules, minimizing waste, and maximizing resource utilization. Your ability to effectively plan and schedule production activities will directly contribute to meeting customer demands and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Release production orders in alignment with the master production schedule
· Solve material related problems
· Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
· Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
· Continually optimize and monitor inventory
· Provide data and analysis
· Escalate shortages and potential shortages
· Close coordination with cross functional teams
· Understand work center capacity constraints
· Communicate estimated ship dates as needed

• 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in optimizing production schedules and resource allocation. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• APICS or other relevant certifications in supply chain or production management.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production planning and scheduling.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
