What You'll Do- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
- Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements where needed.
What You'll Need- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in a sales environment.
- Solid skills in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Successful experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or service-based industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
