Team Management

  • Build an optimal sales team to drive efficiencies, ownership and accountability
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing Inside Sales Team to execute on inbound and outbound merchant acquisition or growth initiatives
  • Provide hands-on coaching for a team to ensure they meet and exceed monthly target business goals
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Incubate new territory sellers to ramp to strong commercial productivity and overall business knowledge, and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers

Execution

  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
  • Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Comp: The team is under a SIP plan and that means that the comp of this person depends 100% on the targets of their team.

Business Acumen

  • Understand the overall sales strategy that will sustain the leading position and drive the growth of Uber Eats including: densification, local favorites, and new categories
  • Utilize data from Salesforce and Sales Operations team, market, and industry knowledge to coach teams, share best practices and troubleshoot how to sell the Uber Eats products with integrity

Customer Centricity

  • Help design processes that solve issues at scale and improve the efficiency of our teams and the experience of our restaurant partners, whether it be sprints planning, leads prospecting, qualification, pitching, closing or onboarding
What You'll need:
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in a sales environment
  • Solid skills in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Successful experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or service-based industries.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
