  • Train and mentor sales teams on IoT products, sales techniques, and market trends.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the senior management team.
  • At Least 7 years of experience in sales, within the IoT industry is a major advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of IoT technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
