Your Day-to-Day:

  • leadership and guidance to teams of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish outcomes and key results(OKRs) and successfullydeliverthem. Drive improvements in keyperformance indicators (KPIs).
  • Increasethe productivityand velocity ofdelivery teams.
  • Develop, plan, andexecute engineeringroadmaps that bring value and quality to our customers.

  • Instill end-to-endownership of products, projects,features, modules,and services that you and your team deliver in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in the software industry, with 3+ years of professionalexperience leading softwaredevelopment teams.
  • Strong critical thinkingand problem-solving skillswith the ability to address complex technical and non-technical challenges.
  • Experience building and developing engineeringteams that exhibit strongownership, user empathy, and engineering excellence.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality systems and software thatbring value tousers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams andmanage stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Ability to coach andmentor talent toreach their full potential.
  • Experience in building large scale, high throughput, low latency systems.
  • Strong understanding of softwaredevelopment methodologies, moderntechnology topicsand frameworks, anddeveloper operations best practices.
