Your Day-to-Day:

What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in the software industry, with 3+ years of professionalexperience leading softwaredevelopment teams.
- Strong critical thinkingand problem-solving skillswith the ability to address complex technical and non-technical challenges.
- Experience building and developing engineeringteams that exhibit strongownership, user empathy, and engineering excellence.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality systems and software thatbring value tousers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams andmanage stakeholders’ expectations.
- Ability to coach andmentor talent toreach their full potential.
- Experience in building large scale, high throughput, low latency systems.
- Strong understanding of softwaredevelopment methodologies, moderntechnology topicsand frameworks, anddeveloper operations best practices.
