Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Contribute and maintain a product roadmap for Omnichannel solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company and organizational strategy
- Communicates updates and progress to stakeholders and management
- Works with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into requirements and solutions
- Stays informed on industry rules and regulations: Card Brand, PCI as well as Corporate Controls and Risk Management
- Manages setting the Client Account Architecture to be a seamless, simple and concise representation of the Clients ecosystem in a way that makes sense for the Client to manage
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Able to demonstrate strong knowledge and experience of acquiring, payments processing, client ecosystems in the payments landscape and onboarding for omnichannel or enterprise clients
- Comprehend and interpret emerging trends; critical thinking skills
- Experience in prioritizing and executing on multiple concurrent initiatives in a results-driven environment to bring products and features to market.
- Experience in working in large, complex, cross-functional organization with global teams
- Able to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both internally and externally; exceptional people skills and the ability
