This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with and guide management to align the business unit’s vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing HR support to employees and managers within the business unit.
  • Lead global HR initiatives for internationally distributed teams, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent plans focused on growth, development, employee retention, and engagement.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee global recruitment efforts.
  • Manage headcount budgets in collaboration with the business unit head and finance team.
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience Manager to organize team bonding events and other cultural initiatives.

Requirements :

What You Should Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees, particularly within R&D/Product /Security and hi tech. environments, working in international companies, managing diverse teams
  • Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English, Hebrew advantage
  • Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development.
  • Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • A “can-do” attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges.

Education:

  • BSc in Behavioral Science or a related field (MA preferred).
