Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal events that align with organizational objectives and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and enhancing attendee experience.
• Manage event budgets efficiently, including pre-registration, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Track event performance metrics and identify areas for improvement for future internal events.
• Ensure compliance with all approvals, licenses, and company policies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Graduation/post-graduation from a reputable management college.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Familiarity with event technologies and platforms for virtual and hybrid events.
• Experience in mass media production and delivery.
