Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal events that align with organizational objectives and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and enhancing attendee experience.
- Manage event budgets efficiently, including pre-registration, invoicing, and vendor management.
- Track event performance metrics and identify areas for improvement for future internal events.
- Ensure compliance with all approvals, licenses, and company policies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Graduation/post-graduation from a reputable management college.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with event technologies and platforms for virtual and hybrid events.
- Experience in mass media production and delivery.
