Key Responsibilities:
ABM campaigns development, management and execution:
- Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create personalized marketing plans.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize ABM campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
Field events planning and execution:
- Source, plan and execute events, including industry events, conferences, and customer events (physical and virtual).
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, management, and budget oversight.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, corporate marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Analytical mindset – understanding of how to leverage data to drive business decisions
- Utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Track and report on KPIs for all programs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing programs.
Reporting on marketing programs and ROI:
- Performance reporting of marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English. Additional language/s is/are an advantage.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in campaign management and field marketing
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of key marketing metrics and how to leverage data to drive decisions
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience using SF.com, 6Sense, Hive9, and any additional applications in relation to a marketing tech stack.
