JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop & implement demand generation strategies and end-to-end integrated digital marketing programs, including multi-channel, virtual events, email nurture and social media campaigns.
  • Co-create with other marketing functions such as partner marketing, account-based marketing, customer advocacy, PR to drive successful customer engagement and market awareness across APJ
  • Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales/SE teams in terms of all pre/post program communications, and marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
  • Own & drive executions within budget, and handle vendor management where required
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget
  • Set goals & define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow - track campaign results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics
  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Penchant for technology creativity to “think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively
  • Experience in building and delivering digital and demand generation marketing programs. Experience as a digital producer is an added bonus
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas and get buy-in with various stakeholders
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
  • Project management, prioritisation, organisational skills, accuracy in performance and details driven
  • Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress and Zoom
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku, H2O, Salesforce)
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, pragmatic, and self-starter attitude
  • Global mindset and ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English language
