Key Responsibilities:

ABM campaigns development, management and execution:

  • Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create personalized marketing plans.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize ABM campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.

Field events planning and execution:

  • Source, plan and execute events, including industry events, conferences, and customer events (physical and virtual).
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, management, and budget oversight.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, corporate marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Analytical mindset – understanding of how to leverage data to drive business decisions

  • Utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Track and report on KPIs for all programs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing programs.

Reporting on marketing programs and ROI:

  • Performance reporting of marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English. Additional language/s is/are an advantage.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in campaign management and field marketing
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics and how to leverage data to drive decisions
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience using SF.com, 6Sense, Hive9, and any additional applications in relation to a marketing tech stack.
