You will:

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- World-class customer service, phone etiquette and work ethic.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, holidays, weekends and on call responsibilities
