As a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
•Receive full technical training and develop excellent customer service skills
•Work closely with our customers to help solve complex problems
•Work with different areas of the business to learn and provide excellent customer service
•Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues
•Have the opportunity to mentor and coach other team members•You must have graduated in the past 12 months with a bachelors degree
•You must be able to travel to the office 3 days per week / 2 days working from home
•The ability to work well in a team and independently
•Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
•Experience working in customer service
