Intel System Software Development Engineer

The main focus of this position will be:

• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications used by end-users or integrated with other applications.
• Development may span the full application stack including both front-end and back-end application development.
• Use a set of diverse software development methodologies and programming languages, follow secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines.
• Analyze user stories, write both functional and test code, automate build and deployment, and performs unit integration and end-to-end testing of applications.

Develop applications that work in and on industry or hybrid cloud environments using capabilities and frameworks from internal and external cloud providers.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with with 1+ years of below experience OR a Master's Degree in same areas with equivalent academic experience.
• 1+ years of combined experience with the below:
  • Administration of source code management systems e.g. GitHub.
  • Web Application Development and Databases e.g. Python, Angular, JavaScript, Django, SQL, MongoDB, .NET, etc
• Advanced English Level.
• Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications

• CI/CD pipelines and related tools e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Agile project management tools e.g. Jira

Cloud Solutions/Infrastructure experience/knowledge (Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.)
