ROLE DESCRIPTION


As part of the Global People Success Services organization Local HR Services Germany is responsible for a wide range of administrative Human Resources services for 29.600+ employees of SAP in Germany. We resolve employee and manager requests, consult them, and carry out operational HR administration across the employee life cycle (e. g. contractual changes, references, consultation for maternity and parental leave as well for part time, support of the termination process).

Key responsibilities

Handle and take responsibility for processes and questions relating to personnel administration (e.g. supplements to employment contracts, certificates, references)

  • Answer queries of employees and managers via HR ticket, E-mail, or phone
  • Contact partner and provide administrative support for other teams within the HR organization(e.g, HR Business Partner, Labor Relations)
  • Work with otherLocal HR Servicesteam members andtake ownership for focus topics (e.g., end-to-end processes)


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Business or commercial apprenticeship and further training as an HR business clerk, or degree in business administration, specializing in Human Resources.
  • Ability to workon own initiativein international teams, acrossdifferent locations and cultures
  • Quality driven, analyticalmindset with proven track of high customer-orientation
  • Good knowledge of HR processes
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • English & German language skills written and spoken fluently is essential
