We started back in 2015 as a small Team of 7 people working on Configuration tasks for the clients, and over the years we have grown in numbers and in scope to handle more and more diverse activities and now we are a group of 15 professional consultants, gathered here in Prague from around 13 different nationalities, with different cultural and professional backgrounds (philosophy, carpenter, sales, students, law, literature.) Hybrid Working Model in place (3 days from the office).

We work directly with existing clients, implementing new and existing services and performing configuration changes. We mainly work within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Markets.

This is a full-time role for a limited contract with potential extension.

Role:

• You will learn to maintain, configure, and administer the SAP Concur site of the clients.
• You will have the help and cooperation of other teams within SAP Concur.
• You will be guided and learn how to conduct calls to with clients.
• You will learn how to present new features and updates available to the clients.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English + German
• Experience in client-facing/service roles is a plus.
• Confident, Articulate and professional speaking abilities
• Display strong analytical qualities & Logic thinking (Be proactive and propose new solutions and processes)
• Ability to manage own time and work independently (handle multiple tasks, keep deadlines)
