Breakthrough Innovation Clinical Capability Manager
Identifies new capabilities required to enable services, professional services and solutions for the North America market. Identifies, prioritizes and defines requirements for service, professional services and solution delivery enablement & capability development for the assigned business of scope. Change agents for global standards adoption and transformation programs. This role helps to develop capabilities for Clinical Transformation Managers to help customers achieve success, per customer definition, manage customers' health score and outcomes to increase advocacy, customer retention and expansion of Philips solutions.
Your role:
Lead National SWAT team for Event Notification and Mobility
Collaborate with technical resources to support complex workflow integration projects
Conduct workflow design sessions, gather data, to ensure CMU tools integrate seamlessly with existing clinical and administrative systems to streamline communication and decision-making
Develop clinical documentation that will detail the best caregiver workflow process to utilize the event management and mobility solutions
Work with marketing, engineering, delivery, services, and operations teams for efficient client interactions during various project phases
Interact with client physicians and nursing staff to enable solution adoption and communicate feedback
Provide expertise on wave strip export and EMR workflow optimization
Collaborate with hospital staff to design an effective command center layout that centralizes operations, enhancing visibility and communication coordination
Lead and coach on ADPIE methodology
Conduct training to ensure key use cases are integrated into workflows
Deliver presentations to show how solutions meet client needs
Design and present user stories, use cases, site assessments, clinical requirements, and workflow diagrams
Develop leading clinical practices and tools for project execution, management, training, and support
Serve as a clinical SME for CMU innovations, monitoring workflows with mobility solutions, decreasing noise in clinical areas, and workflow optimization
Provide alarm notification and mobility guidance and insights to support the product/solution development and implementation of innovative solutions
Support HPM Standards, Services, Product Management and R&D on industry requirements
You're the right fit if:
Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership within a hospital setting
Experience in alarm management, including the implementation and optimization of alarm systems and clinical communication
Proficient in clinical workflow analysis and optimization within critical care and med surg areas
Expertise in clinical alarm management and noise reduction strategies for CMUs with focus on alarm fatigue
Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring systems and mobility solutions
Skilled in driving Innovation to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
High level of strategic skills; able to synthesize disparate information into actionable strategies and E2E designs
Knowledge of business process design methods and continuous improvement methods
Ability to work in a matrix organization and team environment to successfully interact with all levels of internal stakeholders
Prioritization and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
