What to Expect

What You’ll Do
  • LeadCase Management: Oversee and manage domestic and international permanentrelocations, as well as short-term and long-term international assignments,ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with company policies andinternational regulations
  • ProgramManagement: Drive the development and implementation of global mobilityprograms, including creating and maintaining detailed playbooks, employeedocumentation, and process workflows to streamline operations and enhanceprogram efficiency
  • StakeholderCoordination: Serve as a key liaison between employees, external vendors, andvarious internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication andcollaboration to resolve issues and address needs promptly
  • ProjectManagement and Documentation: Manage regular project work including thecreation and update of assignee documentation, compliance reviews, relocationcost reports, and service initiations with external vendors. Continuously seekopportunities to improve processes and documentation practices.
  • PolicyEnforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies related to employeerelocation and mobility and provide guidance and support to employees andstakeholders on policy interpretation and application
  • IssueEscalation: Identify and escalate policy exceptions, compliance risks, vendorperformance issues, and employee concerns to the Global Mobility ProgramManager, offering recommendations for resolution and improvement
  • TrendMonitoring: Stay abreast of HR and global mobility trends, regulatory changes,and industry best practices to ensure compliance with international laws andenhance the effectiveness of global mobility program
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ yearsof relevant experience in a multinational corporate environment, ideally in anin-house global mobility or HR role
  • Abilityto work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with business level fluency in English(written and spoken)
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritizeworkload
  • You areproficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
  • Previousexperience with accounting, tax compliance or relocation is preferred but notrequired
  • Evidenceof sound judgement, discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
