Global Mobility Specialist – Mobility Transformation People Advisory Services Tax

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a Global Mobility specialist to join the Mobility Transformation team into a client facing role
• The candidate will support the Mobility Transformation team with the preparation of proposal of services documents and RFP material
• He/she will work in the team to support the execution of Mobility Transformation projects including project management activities
• He/she will take part in client meetings, workshops and strategy sessions also delivered in a Wavespace environment
• He/she will support the team with the creation of marketing materials, articles and thought leadership in the mobility area

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• Recognized bachelor's degree
• Previous work experiences:Consulting firm or similar minimum 3 – 5 years preferably in HR/Talent field, and/or;In-house experience in a Global Mobility team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications in particular PowerPoint
• Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects / clients simultaneously
• Strong presentation skills and conceptual thinking
• Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop new business
• Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
