Performance & Engagement: Lead initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, retention, and career development to cultivate a workplace enjoyed by our people.
Solution Driven: Identify and address people-related issues and trends within the business, devising and executing effective solutions.
Compensation Practices: Support leaders in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies to help manage and retain talent within their teams.
Organizational Initiatives: Drive future organizational strategies to sustain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team.
Cross-Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration and partnership with other domains such as Legal, Finance, Operations, and the broader People team.
