This is a replacement position for an employee who is on maternity leave, and therefore we offer a temporary contract.

You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.

What you'll do:

  • Delivers support in the form of answering HR related inquiries to HR Customers, who are Citi’s employees, former employees and third-party vendors in the areas related, but is not limited to: pay, tax, time and absence, benefits, employee data and system navigation via approved contact channels.

  • Proactively acts to ensure tasks completion in a timely manner with respect to the target KPIs as defined by the regional and global management.

  • Maintains high standard of professional etiquette and work ethics as well as proper task prioritization and escalation;

  • Proactively acts to ensure continuity of service on all HR Connect support channels especially, but not limited to: Ticketing Platform, employee hotline.

  • Execution of training plan created by Team Leader based on skill matrix.

  • Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels.

  • Assists in improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction; Contribution to local and regional initiatives as per request

  • Constant monitoring of HR information, process updates, broadcasts, and regulations to remain up to date with ongoing changes and improve own competences.

What we'll need from you:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or Customer Service with strong administrative focus.

  • Proficiency in both Polish and English language (min. B2) is a must (written and verbal language skills)

  • Working knowledge of HR business processes

  • Experience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation efforts

  • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.


Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
