Drive Sales: Sell our comprehensive Radiology portfolio (MRI, CT, Angiography, Pet CT / Spect CT) to both existing accounts and new customers.
Territory Management: Take full ownership of sales activities within your assigned territory – Bucharest and Southeast Romania
Market Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of your sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups.
Customer Relationships: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, managing the sales process from lead identification to final implementation and throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in sales within the healthcare industry, experience in radiology sales will be beneficial.
Business Network: Established connections with healthcare stakeholders in both public and private sectors within assigned sales territory (Bucharest and Southeast Romania).
Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence others.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Analytical Ability: Proven analytical and organizational skills.
