You identify and seize new opportunities. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders.
Your will be responsible for:
- Identify and target potential clients within the HVACR industry;
- Looking for new business opportunities in other related sectors as well (such as food retailers, supermarkets);
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and struggles;
- Coordinate adequate technical and application trainings for the customers;
- Support preparation of the monthly product forecast;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups;
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry collaborators;
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- 3 years of experience in application engineering and/or sales in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- BI MS Office is a difference;
- SAP and Sales Force is a difference;
- Willingness to travel – Customers in different cities of Brazil and LATAM;
