JOB DESCRIPTION

You identify and seize new opportunities. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders.

Your will be responsible for:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the HVACR industry;
  • Looking for new business opportunities in other related sectors as well (such as food retailers, supermarkets);
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and struggles;
  • Coordinate adequate technical and application trainings for the customers;
  • Support preparation of the monthly product forecast;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups;
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry collaborators;

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  • 3 years of experience in application engineering and/or sales in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill;
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • BI MS Office is a difference;
  • SAP and Sales Force is a difference;
  • Willingness to travel – Customers in different cities of Brazil and LATAM;
