Job description - Area Sales Manager Combisafe- Benelux

Responsibilities and tasks

To be able to setup, implement and execute a clear sales strategy and tactical plan to achieve our Annual Operating Plan in the BENELUX area.

To be able to gather new trends, market information and opportunities The Area Sales Manager Combisafe is responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with our distributors and end-users; To be able to setup, implement and execute accountplans, on distribution and end-user level

To be able to setup, implement and execute harmonized strategies with our distributors The Area Sales Manager Combisafe aggressively to hunt new end-user to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue

Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
Dutch and English are required, French speaking is a plus
Driver license

Excellent communication skills including presentation skills

Highly appreciated:

The ability to effectively work with sales and CRM (sfdc) reporting tools

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Ability to leverage internal and external resources to meet sales goals

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
