You will report directly to our AES Systems Engineering manager and you'll workout of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid (3/2) work schedule.

• Lead and oversee a team of systems engineers in the design, development,and delivery of advanced systems and solutions for ECS and VCS
• Utilize your expertise in ECS and VCS systems to ensure the efficientand effective operation of aircraft environmental control and vapor cyclesystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to driveinnovation and technological advancements in ECS and VCS systems
• Ensure the successful execution of complex projects within timelines andbudgets
• Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverseaudiences

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management
• 6+ years of experience in Environmental Control System (ECS) and VaporCycle System (VCS)

• Experience in Aerospace Systems and Requirements Based Engineering, including as appropriate, for example DO-178, DO-160 and DO254.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in ECS and VCS systems including Air Conditioning
• Systems, Cabin Pressure Systems, and Supplemental Cooling Systems.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision Experience in leading complex system integration projects related to ECS and VCS systems
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
