Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee a team of systems engineers in the design, development,and delivery of advanced systems and solutions for ECS and VCS
- Utilize your expertise in ECS and VCS systems to ensure the efficientand effective operation of aircraft environmental control and vapor cyclesystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to driveinnovation and technological advancements in ECS and VCS systems
- Ensure the successful execution of complex projects within timelines andbudgets
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverseaudiences
YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management
- 6+ years of experience in Environmental Control System (ECS) and VaporCycle System (VCS)
WE VALUE - Experience in Aerospace Systems and Requirements Based Engineering, including as appropriate, for example DO-178, DO-160 and DO254.

- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in ECS and VCS systems including Air Conditioning
- Systems, Cabin Pressure Systems, and Supplemental Cooling Systems.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision Experience in leading complex system integration projects related to ECS and VCS systems
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
