What you'll be doing - Own and lead Aura News’s monetization strategy, including roadmap planning and day-to-day optimization
- Drive revenue growth by testing and integrating new monetization technologies, formats, and demand partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, ops, BI, and business teams to ensure monetization is embedded across the product lifecycle
- Define and execute high-impact projects — from ad refresh strategies and ad unit formats, price floor testing and more.
- Oversee and optimize all Google Ad Manager configurations, including new account setups, ad unit structures, line item management, and SSP integrations
- Monitor performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and ensure we stay ahead of industry shifts
What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in ad monetization or ad tech, ideally with mobile publishers or platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem — including SSPs, SDK integrations, header bidding, Open Bidding and direct deals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into action
- Proven ability to initiate, lead, and execute strategic monetization projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and business teams
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
You might also have - Experience with demand-side integrations like Amazon TAM, SDK bidding or Native Ads.
- Familiarity with ad quality tools and managing direct-deals or campaigns
- Industry connections and a strong pulse on monetization trends and best practices
