U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDueto contractual requirements, a small subset of requisitions will requireemployees to be US Citizens, not US persons or on a work visa
YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math or Physical Sciences
- 8+ years of engineering experience in aerospace mechanical systems and equipment
- US citizenship or permanent resident status due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE- Significant experience in aerospace environmental control systems (ECS) engineering including air management systems and vapor cycle systems
- Requirement management experience
- Significant experience in schedule, budget, and resource planning including tracking metrics
- Strong management operating system that facilitates communication and drives execution
- Understand our business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers
- Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives
- Ability to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
- Diverse global teaming and collaboration
- Experience in putting together proposal packages including: developing engineering estimates, defining system architecture, completing compliance matrices, and putting together technical response package
