You will report directly to our Engineering Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development and deployment of advanced systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally. You will provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational.
• Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
• Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
• Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Experience as an EPIC Displays and Touch Screen Controllers Lead System Engineer (LSE) for Gulfstream platforms
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
