In this role, you will:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor an attribution model to capture and report on marketing outcomes and impacts.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to help inform strategic business decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and develop solutions that support talent attraction and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on the talent marketplace and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the impact of talent marketing efforts.
  • Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and tell a data-driven story.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
  • Stay current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and talent marketing.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights, preferably within a marketing or talent acquisition function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableu, PowerBI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing attribution models.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
