Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports on diverse HR metrics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
- Assist in preparing data for market research in the HR field.
- Work closely with Talent team members and other departments to support various Talent initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- -intermediateEnglishproficiency.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced MSExcel knowledge.
- A bachelor's degree or a student in their last years of study.
- Communicative and proactive approach.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven skills in reporting and/or data analysis.
- Experience in Power BI.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm.
