How You’ll make an impact :

  • Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Identify top talent across various channels, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for multiple global locations.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Partner closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
  • Global Talent Support: Collaborate with TA specialists and hiring managers in multiple locations to understand hiring needs, provide insights, and support recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, acting as an ambassador of Yotpo’s culture and values.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), track progress, and contribute to recruitment analytics and reports.

What We’re Looking For :

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internships or junior roles included).
  • Strong passion for sourcing and headhunting, with a knack for identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and global environment .
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or job boards (an advantage).
