Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, structure, and analyze data in Excel to support HR reporting and business decision-making.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders across the full organization.
- Lead or support HR-related projects, particularly in areas of HR development, data utilization, and analytics.
- Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as a central point for collecting and distributing key information across the HR and Consulting teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of updates, reports, and insights.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HR data, business analytics, or project coordination.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
