ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Global supply plan management
• Scenario analysis to react to changing environment
• Global build plan arrangement based on demand across all sites. with considering the demand changes, material and capacity availability, product lifecycle.
• Demand vs supply daily review and de-bottle neck the constrains, work with cross team on driving material pull in/push out, capacity reserving/reallocation/Test time reduction with the help to intelligent reports.
• Scenario analysis to support business request to max the revenue.
• Work closely with cross function team including factory execution team, engineering, quality, IE, procurement, PM, NPI to manage the product running well during mass production period.
• Manage the on-time delivery of customer orders and max the quarterly revenue, while minimize the slow moving/aging inv as much as possible.

PREFERRED:

• Supply chain background, fluent oral English skill
• Mandarin is a plus
