Work with customer- SSD team on the weekly requirements and ensure the delivery in timely manner (per system Lead Time).
Coordinate with Inline Production Planning Control & Production team on the shipment plan in daily basic.
Manage the customer orders in system and ensure there is no past due date captured.
Manage the Work Order (WO) closure in system in daily basic.
Manage the broken flow materials (GC02/ MT) and Non-Net materials, through the WO/s released on time.
Deal with logistic team on the external shipments arrangement per system commits.
Ad-Hoc support in case needed.
Work closely with assigned Planning Support to ensure readiness is done prior to WO creation/ Release
Daily monitoring of Work in Progress performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall Material Requisition Planning is driven correctly
Working with and drive cross functional teams to accomplish KPI targets e.g. build plan execution, on time delivery, inventory management, cycle time performance and Manufacturing Lead Time (MLT).
Responsible to work with cross functional teams on Engineering Change Notice (ECO)/ Quality/ Rework excursions.
Responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting for KPI areas.
Initiate & Drive improved Business or system process(es) to close gaps for continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent with 7 or more years of related experience.
A good experience and knowledge in Project Management
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
Experience of SAP, I2, Oracle and MES is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of Business or Manufacturing Operations & Knowledge of Supply Chain
Basic Knowledge for Data Visualization
