• Create and publish duly coordinated build plans considering constraints and gating items.
• Generate Supply plan based on weekly MRP Guidance
• Ensure daily supply plan is met, mitigate risks, and communicate potential issues before they hit the order fulfillment.
• Monitor and control inventory and adjust In-out plan accordingly to avoid excess and wastage due to imbalances and mismatching.
• Deliver outcome of scenario analysis and assessments as needed.
• Build a relationship of trust with suppliers and customers to deliver common goals.

In order for the incumbent to deliver the expected outcome, the incumbent is authorized to perform the following:

• Undergo periodic training in specific functions of the PHO Production Control processes.
• Learn and be an expert in PHO-Production Control end-to-end processes
• Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals in accordance to this job description and in compliance with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the Company
• Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company
• Report near-miss, close-call and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations
• Report product / production irregularity, anomaly, defectives in relation to product quality assurance
  

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Technology
• Supply Chain, Production Planning, MRP Certification is an advantage
• Fair command of spoken and written English
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Power point, and Word
• Capable to handle Management reports.

Knowledge

• Understand the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics, MRP and Production Planning
