ROLES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Oriented: Focus on metrics which track user-experience dynamics and identifies / anticipates changing opportunities for improvement. They will have very strong user insight in terms of what their requirements and pain points to translate hard consumer data to identify underlying user behavior in order to put together compelling business cases / proposals to align the business and operations teams.
- Result Oriented:
- Process Improvement:Analyze operational processes for existing product offering in the region to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to optimize and reduce time, effort, and costs
- Process Documentation:Map, optimize and document relevant policies and processes for visibility and alignment with regional best practice summary
- Daily Operations:Work cross functionally to manage day to day operations including leading incident management, and risk and collections operations in the region and support product servicing, sales operations;
- Strategic Business Analytics
- Operational Metrics:Monitor and analyze business from business performance to business operations efficient via qualitative and quantitative methods to report on progress, KPIs and SLAs
- Strategic Initiative:support to design and implement scalable operational solutions for strategic initiatives, partnerships, pilots, or product feature expansion
- Collaboration and influencing: Has the ability to spot areas that need change and champion the case across the programme. He/she also must have the ability to work proactively across different business functions is a must. Typical proposals require large teams from cross functional areas such as technology, marketing, sales, finance, in addition to the leadership team and colleagues in China and back in the HQ. The candidate compromises for the ‘greater good’ when necessary but can also influence decision making in a sophisticated manner to ensure necessary resources for own operations.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Documentation and presentation produced based on Data Driven Analytical thinking including customer segment/Performance/Dashboard Tracking/Process Optimization/Knowledge Sharing shall keep update to date and in line with business needs;
- Materials and solutions are measured by stakeholders from aspects of whether enable individual and team collaboration for efficiency, effectiveness improvement and drive portfolio revenue and profitability for excellence;
For this role, you have:
- BA Degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, consulting, or analyst role
- Credit experience a plus
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
- Strong data analysis skills and data driven mindset (excel, SQL necessary, Powerbi is plus)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels
