Achieve/Exceed Working Capital Revenue Target
- Build Sales pipeline for achieving/Exceed Working Capital revenue target as with Business Team
- Onboarding Working Capital Customer by delivering Business Due Diligence report through information collection, business analysis;
- Bridge Business Team and Credit Risk for customer related information enquires
- Drive Working Capital Adoption Rate for self-service products
Minimize Credit Risk Loss within Target
- Performing ongoing risk management from business perspective
- Bridge Business Team and Credit Risk, Collection Service for customer related information enquires
- Actively provide feedback from market and ecosystem with insights to help identify early sign for risk management from business trend perspective
Sales Enablement
- Deliver insight and summary in terms of overall market forecast and impact on working capital business forecast and portfolio risk from internal and external market information
- Support business team for phone call or onsite with customer per request
- Periodically perform Working Capital Training to business team
- Participate cross-functional team projects and deliver high-impact results
Operational Efficiency
- Problem-solving mind to drive operational efficiency by leveraging existing tools
- Increase efficiency by working with different teams to drive target
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Achieve yearly business goals including revenue and target loss
- Pipeline management and market insight quality
- Team collaboration and problem-solving solutions for efficiency excellence
For this role, you have:
- BA Degree or equivalent
- 5 years+ of experience with more than 2 years in relationship manager in banks, supplier chain finance, or SME lending
- Experience in SME lending or data-based credit is a plus
- Proficiency in English for business document and Strong presentation in English and Mandarin
- Has good influencing skills - demonstrated capacity to build credibility quickly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels
- Passionate for entrepreneurship, self-motivated, self-disciplined, problem solving, results and detail oriented to support reginal Working Capital business to grow through current business expansion and to expand with new initiatives
