Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive HR Transformation strategies.
Assess and evaluate current HR processes, organizational efficiency and technology enablement and make recommendations for improvements.
Lead and manage all aspects of HR Transformation projects, including project management, business needs analysis, HR strategy design and implementation planning.
Be able to extract and clearly articulate key messages taking a ‘client side advisor’-role
Be able to rapidly establish personal credibility and work confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
Actively participate in the development and growth of the HR Transformation practice, including thought leadership, marketing, and business development.
Skills and attributes for success:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Between 4-8 years of experience driving HR Transformation projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of HR organization, HR processes & technology and complexities of transformational programs within HR and their implications and linkages to business performance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into key insights and recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
