Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering transformative change experience for our clients and their people. In the context of, but not limited to, technology transformation, operating model transformation, workplace and culture transformation.
  • Enabling our clients to successfully navigate through complex, continuous change, and realise the expected/desired benefits
  • Working in teams with other EY colleagues and with clients across different sectors
  • You will also have the opportunity to broaden your experience and work with the full people agenda that we offer to our clients.


Skills and attributes for success

  • A University level degree (required) and a Change Management certificate (preferred)
  • Strong passion for - and experience in - change management and change leadership, supporting clients in driving the people side of their transformation agenda
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Danish
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop team members (if senior)
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions in terms of communication/change/training assets
  • Ability to build relationships with teams and clients and strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and complex environment, and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanour
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be confident to respond quickly in unfamiliar situations


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • 3-8 yearsof experience in consulting or similar function from industry
  • Outstanding skills and experience within stakeholder management and communication
  • Demonstrated success working both independently and in highly collaborative environments
  • Experience in delivering change in an immersive way by mastering innovative tools and techniques
