  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco SNA platform.
  • Assisting customers in optimizing and managing their networks.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Technical background of configuring and troubleshooting issues in computer networks and Linux.
  • Solid grasp of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of network traffic analysis tools (Wireshark, NetFlow).
  • Experience working with security certificates (PKI).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) or other Linux certifications.
  • Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP).
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+.
