In this role you will:
Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Own and manage the product backlog, including intake discovery and prioritization based on strategic alignment.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies at both team and program levels, including quarterly planning sessions.
Translate product strategy and roadmap into quarterly features and sprint-level goals.
Define and prioritize features based on customer and business value, aligned with product OKRs.
Create acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure successful delivery.
Develop sprint plans with the team
Collaborate with teams to develop sprint plans and communicate product vision and priorities.
Perform product demos to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
Partner with technology and business teams to enhance workflow solutions and delivery capabilities.
Monitor product success metrics and support reporting against business cases and OKRs.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with hands-on experience in Scrum or Kanban.
End-to-end product management experience—from discovery through delivery and post-launch value tracking.
Ability to problem solve, take ownership, and make decisions
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and evolving product roadmaps

Posted Pay Range:
New York, NY - $143,000 to 224,000 annually
Other Locations Listed: $119,000 to 187,000 annually
