In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives associated with payment credit risk management systems and processes for electronic payment products (ACH, Wires and various Treasury Management products)
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives for payment platforms
  • Partner with Global Payments & Liquidity business partners on documenting new product enhancements
  • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Treasury Management products
  • ACH product knowledge
  • Familiarity with project management processes
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Risk management and regulatory experience with systems and processes
  • Familiarity with identifying possible risks
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:

  • Charlotte, North Carolina: $84,000 - $149,400 Annually
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota: $84,000 - $149,400 Annually
  • Tampa, Florida: $84,000 - $149,400 Annually
  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Pay Range

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
