· Overseeproject construction and ensure customers/ vendors comply with Tesla guidelines

· Workwith Sr. Project Manager to complete BESS site commissioning and smoothlyhandover to Field Service

· Beingan interface with customers andvarious project stakeholders under project construction phase

· Workwith Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer and Sr. Project Manager onreviewing pre-construction planning

• Coordinate product delivery to site by collaborating with Business Operations
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting of all incidents per developed EHS SOP’s.
• Identify challenges affecting feasibility and timeline for commissioning and provide creative and resourceful solutions to cope with
• Ensure project documentation is current and preserved in the assigned document repositories

• BS degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent technical background
• Experience in Industrial or utility scale power generation and construction is desirable
• 3+ relevant infrastructure program/ project management experience
• Comfort and experience working in highly dynamic and changing environment.
• Ability to identify potential problems and resolve timely
• Ability to work on-site regularly
• Proficiency in both technical and commercial communications
• Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Strong team player with positive energy; Willing to learn, passion and humble
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Adobe, Excel, AutoCAD.
